Rock slide damages of November 23, 1947. Parking shed with new pickup truck in stall, truck had 100 miles on it when crushed by the 40-ton rock. A trailer and vehicle from Big Bend National Park were also damaged. Some boulders rolled over 1000 feet from the cliff and into Oak Creek.
