This is an historic black and white photograph from the Scotty's Castle Historic Photograph Collection, Death Valley National Park of unfinished garage structure. Wood frame exterior walls. Two large doorways with tractor sitting in one. Dirt and sparce vegetation foreground. Tree in front of garage and another to left side. Number in black ink in lower left corner.

Site work for building pad and possibly concrete along length of building. Remodeled as Scotty’s Castle Garage, Long Shed, and Bunkhouse in 1929. Number in black ink at bottom left refers to historic photograph numbering system: 1064. Listed in earlier catalog record Other Numbers Field: 24. Black and white, 3 x 5 inch, horizontal format. Corner mounted on photograph album page.
