An interesting story is that Mr. Fiske was thrilled upon developing this negative to find the familiar face of a San Francisco friend outlined on the cloud in the center. "Why that is _________" he exclaimed. A few days later, he learned that his friend died the same afternoon the photgraph was taken, and Mr. Fiske always considered this a spirit photo.
