Bill of Sale of 'Seneca Sally' boat for Richard Pell Hunt signed by James Rorison

On front of document:
“Know all [men?] by these presents that I, James Rorason, one of the constables of the town of Fayette in the county of Seneca, for and in consideration of the sum of thirty nine dollars, to me in hand paid by Richard P. Hunt, the receipt of which I do hereby confess and acknowledge, have this day sold, and delivered[inserted] at the town of Junius in said county, at public vendue to him the said Richard a certain [Durham?] boat called the Seneca Sally, otherwise called Seneca Sally second with four oars, one setting pole, one sail, and a caboose, to said boat belonging, heretofore owned by James D. Huggins and [illegible] J. Goslin, the said sale having been made by me by virtue of the following executions directed to any constable of said county and to me delivered, to wit, one execution issued by John Chamberlain one of the justices of the peace in and for said county, on the nineteenth day of November last, on a Judgement by the said Justice on that day rendered, in favor of Henry Parker against the said Huggins, for twenty five dollars and ninety nine cents, one other execution issued by John Bentson [?] one of the Justices of the peace in and for said county, on the twentieth day of November last, on a Judgement by the said last mentioned Justice, on the second day of July last, rendered , in favor of John mccurdy against the said Huggins and Goslin, for three dollars and eighty two cents, and one other execution issued by the last named justice and by him rendered on the twentieth day of November last, on a Judgement by him rendered on the twenty sixth day of June last, in favor of Russel Risley for [ten?] dollars and seventeen cents, public notice of said sale having been given according to law and the said Richard being the highest bidder and the said sum of thirty nine dollars being the highest sum bid, for said boat, oars, pole, sails and cabouse, at said vendue – witness my hand and seal at Junius aforesaid this fourth day of December A.D. 1822.
