Sir
I wrote Mssrs Almy Patterson & Co asking the price and terms of the Waterloo Mill property. I yesterday received their answer stating they did not know the terms.
You will please answer this stating the valuation now placed on the whole that is to be sold also the terms of payments of the same as upon those answers will depend whether I shall be there as the time of sale or not.
