Zion Baptist Church, Richmond, Va., August 15-18 1927 / At this sixtieth anniversary celebration, founder Mary Prout is honored. State insurance boards are challenging Order's licenses to do business in various states. Heavy suspensions among order members are resulting from economic depression. New report forms being rolled out to subordinate councils. Print shop continues to run a deficit. The new Educational Loan Fund and new Legal Reserve Insurance Class have been implemented.
