National Association for the Advancement of Colored People - Minutes for the Board of Directors Meeting held on December 13, 1926
Meeting notes list the attendees, the acceptance of various reports by the Secretary, Department of Branches, Treasurer, and the Director of Publications and Research. There are also updates on two libel cases, a report regarding a memorial for John E. Milholland and details of the report from the Budget Committee. The Budget Committee report lists empolyees and their salaries as well as general expenses. The meeting notes are signed with rubber stamps by Mary White Ovington, the Chairman of the Board, and James W. Johnson, the Secretary.
