Back of a carte-de-visite. Front shows a graying Henry Wadsworth Longfellow with beard. Head and shoulders visible against blank background. Inscription: "1864" written in pencil probably by Thomas de Valcourt verso. Photographer stamp includes "J.W. Black. / 173 Washington St. / Boston." Notes: C1864 as suggested by inscription verso. Seems the same apparel as in 3003-7-2-1-17 to -19 dated C1865.
