View of the Reno Defense Site from the Valley Floor
LIBI_00268_07952; A 6 5/8" x 4 1/2" image mounted on a 10" x 7 3/4" card. The photograph shows a view of the Reno defense site as seen from the valley floor to the northwest. The Little Bighorn River is prominent in the foreground. The image was taken on the Crow Reservation in Montana. A hand written note in ink on the bottom edge of the card reads: “Little Horn River and Reno Heights". The image is in good condition. It was taken by Fred E. Miller circa 1898.
