LIBI_00019_00209; This item is an original albumen print of officers and ladies at Fort Lincoln, D.T. The full view photograph is 5 1/4 x 7 1/2" (8 x 10" mounted on a tan colored mount). As noted on page 108 of D. Mark Katz's book, the image was produced in 1873 by Orlando Scott Goff. On the verso, a handwritten notation in pencil reads, "Ft. Lincoln - 1874." The image is identical to catalog numbers 207 and 208--see 207 for identification of subjects.Note: "Pkg #2/Custer Trunk" handwritten on the verso.
