NR White Paper on Amending the Boundaries of Historic Districts
Additional guidance prepared at SHPO request to clarify processing logistics and associated NPS level of review for proposed boundary changes (esp. increases) to National Register historic districts. Specific attention is given to the fact that boundary increases require updating of older documentation which may not meet current standards.
