This is an historic black and white photograph from the Scotty's Castle Historic Photograph Collection, Death Valley National Park of interior door detail. Arched opening has plaster detail around edge to simulate block work raised to pointed arch. Arched door has solid panel above double doors. Solid panel carved with mounted coat of arms. Each side door has matching carved panels. Elaborate handwrought metal hinges, handles, and latches. Electrical switches to left without cover plate. Floor and mop board tiled.
