Description:
As the moon waxes and wanes, take advantage of either end of the spectrum (full and/or new moon) to see the park after dark. During a full moon, one is able to easily hike by moonlight; it is that bright! During a new moon, the stars are able to shine their fullest and one is able to see the Milky Way from horizon to horizon.
