Urban youth learn to kayak at Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve

The Timucuan Explorers program brings urban youth to the park to learn about the wonder of nature and the importance of outdoor recreational activities such as swimming and kayaking. National Park Service program partner Ray Hetchka of Kayak Amelia is finishing up a paddling instruction session and the Timucuan Explorers are about to hit the water!
