American cliff swallow (Petrochelidon pyrrhonota), Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area, 2015.

Description:

This colony of cliff swallow nests is found near Ok-A-Beh Marina. Cliff swallows have interesting colony behaviors: within a colony, some swallows lay eggs in other swallow's nests while some swallows lay eggs in their own nest and then actually carry that egg to another nest!
