Light at the Organ and Big Bend
A landscape image created using colored thread and fabric. This view shows the Big Bend area of Zion Canyon. In the foreground, grasses and small trees line the floodplain of the Virgin River. In the middleground, a few sandstone formations jut out into the canyon floor. These formations cast shadows on their surroundings. In the background, massive sandstone cliffs tower over the canyon, showing a rich variety of colors including red, purple, and green.
