Other write in areas are the Port of [issue], Name, Nationality, Remarks, Age, Height, Marks, Vessel, Home Port, Signature of holder, Complexion, Hair, and Eyes. Verso has ten spaces to write in, titled: Vessels subsequently signed on, but does not have anything written in spaces. Since not filled in, verso was not scanned.
