The Rose Garden provides a year-round reprieve from the bustling city streets, making it a popular spot for wedding photography and wedding ceremonies. In June, the garden is at its finest as 96 varieties of antique roses bloom into an array of color. Entrances to the Rose Garden can be found on Walnut and Locust Streets, between 4th and 5th Streets. A permit is required for both wedding photography and wedding ceremonies.
