On Wednesday, October 27th, 2021, two Ohio Army National Guard UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters arrived at the park and took part in a training exercise for Central State University ROTC cadets. The cadets also received insight and information about future opportunities in Army aviation. Park staff were on-hand to observe and assist with special guests who arrived to observe the day's event.
