Most of the photos taken by PLC photographers are mundane - broken sewer pipes, workers in canals, machinery, and so forth. But photography is an art form, and it is quite likely that the PLC photographers approached their tasks with an eye towards beauty. Indeed, a number of photos show scenes that have no obvious purpose other than to capture something pleasing to look at. What do you think?
