Album: Before and After Rehabilitation Throughout Little Round Top

Who remembers what Little Round Top looked like before the rehabilitation project began in July 2022? Do you remember the overwhelmed parking areas, poor accessibility, safety hazards, significant erosion, and degraded vegetation? This photo album provides a reminder of how heavy visitation to such a small area can cause serious degradation to such an important feature of the Gettysburg battlefield. The goal of the rehabilitation project is to allow all visitors, for generations to come, an opportunity to learn and be inspired by the acts and sacrifices of those who fought here in July 1863.
