Charles Young Buffalo Soldiers National Monument

On October 31, 2021, the Young family home closed for an extensive renovation. This album features photos from the renovation process. The home was built in the 1830s and purchased by the Young family in 1907 and affectionately nicknamed, “Youngsholm”. The Young Family home now serves as the visitor center for the Charles Young Buffalo Soldiers National Monument.
