Extended Description Charles Young Buffalo Soldiers NM, also labeled “Youngsholm” in quotation marks, is near the southwest edge of town off US Route 42. Arrows indicate that the highway leads “To Centerville” off the right edge of the map and “To Xenia” near the bottom left corner. Two areas farther northeast along US Route 42 are shown in gray. North Bickett Road cuts through Wilberforce University grounds to the east of US Route 42. Continuing south on North Bickett Road would lead “To US Route 35.” Brush Row Road travels through Central State University slightly farther north and on the west side of US Route 42. The National Afro-American Museum and Cultural Center is located on that university’s campus. Wilberforce-Clifton Road intersects Brush Row Road just west of Central State University ground. Massies Creek runs along the northern border of the town of Wilberforce and Oldtown Creek ripples along the bottom third of the map.
