This is an historic black and white photograph from the Scotty's Castle Historic Photograph Collection, Death Valley National Park of a row of piled, excavated dirt. Large, complex, Spanish-style building in background with arches, turrets, and towers. Another structure on left with only covered doorway showing – red tile roof and carved columns on side walls. Area has concrete parking pad. Three large palm trees in center. Desert hillside behind structures.
