Commissioned by JQA when he was Secretary of State(1817-1825),copies where sent to the three surviving signers, John Adams, Charles Carroll, Thomas Jefferson. A copy was also sent to the Marquis de Lafayette. STORED IN MUSEUM ROOM DURING WINTER SEASON.
