Common name: Lady’s Earrings, Fuchsia Origin: Created in 1869 by Edward R. R. G. Bank in Kent, England Uses: This was a very popular Fuchsia that still thrives in gardens today, including Alcratraz’s 60 year old Fuchsia by the Electric Shop. A very graceful shrub that blooms from spring to summer. However, it is susceptible to Fuchsia gall mite and needs extra attention to look its best.
