8. Porch Construction.
Three members of the preservation crew stand around the porch. There are red scaffolds on the porch and an orange ladder propped against the front of the house. One crew member leans over the porch next to a can of gray paint. There is a white truck in the front yard and various construction equipment and green trees around it. A black and white sign leans against a porch post that reads "Gettysburg NMP Warfield House Flooring For Front Porch PEPC 85531 8-18-20 Smith."
Tongue and groove deck boards have been installed over the porch deck framing and preservationists begin priming the wood.
