STATE OF OKLAHOMA
COUNTY OF KINGFISHER } IN COUNTY COURT
Estate of George Greer, Deceased.
WHEREAS, The petition of S.D.Dooley, has been lately filed in this Court, representing, among other things, that George Greer, late of the County of Kingfisher and State of Oklahoma, died, intestate, on or about the [blank] day of [blank] A.A. 191[blank], at Hennessey, Okla.
and petitioning this Court that Letters of Administration on said estate be granted to George Greer, Jr. of said County of Kingfisher.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, That said petition be heard before this Court, at a regular term, to-wit: at the July term to be held in the County Court room inn Kingfisher, in said County of Kingfisher, on the 5th day of July A.D. 1910, 2 o’clock in the after-noon of said day.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, That notice be given to the heirs at law of said deceased, and all persons interested in said estate publishing posting due notice of the time and place of said hearing ten days prior to said hearing xxxx by posting three notices and mailing copies to a relatives newspaper published in said County, and that copies of said notice be addressed to the heirs of said deceased, resident in the state, at their places of residence, if known to said petitioner, and deposited in the United States Postoffice, with the postage there-on prepaid by said petitioner, at least ten days before the time of said hearing.
