Memorandum To: Superintendent, Gettysburg From: Assistant Regional Director, Operations, Northeast Region Subject: Arkansas Memorial The proposed method of meeting the requirements for the foundation of the Arkansas Memorial, as indicated in the enclosure of your February 21 memorandum, has been reviewed in this Office. Our Division of Maintenance concurs in this arrangement. In a memorandum of March 8 Regional Director Garrison approved the design of the Memorial with a slight modification in text. Thomas E.
