Taken from my airplane window on approach to Jackson Hole Airport; one of my favorite views- absolutely stunning every time and why I always sit on the right side of the plane on my flight in! The Grand and more famous peaks were covered in clouds, but this view, including the Snake River, fall colors and a few smaller mountains at the end of the range is one of my favorites. I am SO glad I had a clean airplane window at the time and a little bit of filtered sunshine- the first time in all my trips I didn’t have to work around dirt, bugs and cleaning fluid streaked onto the window. Taken with a Nikon D850 and a 35mm lens.
