Raphanus Sativus (Radish) in Billings-Kittredge Herbaria

Preserved biological specimen on paper.

Preserved Specimen On A3 Paper With A Printed Label Identifying It In The Bottom Right Corner. The Paper Is Mounted On A Larger Cardboard And Covered With Plastic Which Is Sealed To The Board. There Is Just One Sample. It Is A Stem Which Splits Into Two Parts. Its Roots Have Been Cleanly Removed. The Seven Leaves Preserved Are Attached To The Lower End Of The Stem. The Top Ends Have Seed Structures Or Flower Buds Attached And They Terminate In Open Flowers. There Is A Colored Drawing Of The Flower Next To One Of The Stems.
