Light-colored Black Bear by Exit Glacier

A blonde-colored black bear emerges dripping wet from the creek near Exit Glacier, and passes in front of two park visitors.

Black bears can vary in color, from black to blonde, like this one that was recently swimming in the creeks near Exit Glacier. Two "bear-aware" visitors wave their arms, make noise, and keep their distance, protecting both themselves and the bear they were lucky enough to see.
