Grasses, Fences, and Views in the Upper Pasture at Grant-Kohrs/Warren Ranch
A barbed wire fence winds along the rolling curves of a grassy pasture with mountains rising in the background.
The ranch is comprised of a variety of different plant communities. These include the irrigated hay fields, dry ranges, riparian woodlands, wetlands, and domestic landscapes. These variations relate to the availability of water (whether natural or irrigated), as well as variations in soil type and growing conditions.
