3 Stating that I have no right to take a stock raising homestead here? and that my Kinkaid cannot be used as Original Entry? Does the law prohibit one from having a homestead say in Eastern Neb. & filling out in western Neb under Stock raising Act, with these isolated tracts? If so I consider the law works against purpose for which it was made. Cant I relinquish the 160 Kinkaid & file a Kinkaid on the Stock raising 80? Kindly ans[wer] at once & confer a favor on a much wronged Homesteader. Most resy [respectfully] Chas Speese
