I, Samuel Brown of Westville Miss who made Homestead Application No. 21051 for the SE ¼ NW ¼ and NE ¼ SW ¼ sec. 17, T 10 N, R 19 W do hereby give notice of my intention to make final proof to establish my claim to the land above described and that expect to prove my residence and cultivation before Circuit Clerk Simpson County at Westville, Miss on the 16th day of January, 1897, by two of the following witnesses:
