What is your full name, age and post-office address? Answer. Oliver T. Jackson, 54 years, Masters, Colo. Question 2. Are you a native -born citizen of the United States, and if so, in what State of Territory were you born? (If foreign born, or if native born and later naturalized in a foreign country, see Note 1.) Answer. Native, Ohio Question 3. Are you the same person who made Homestead Entry No. 019242 020047 at the Denver Land Office on the 11/24/13 6/18/14 day of, 19, for the S1/2, Section 29, Township 4N, Range 61 W 6th P Meridian? If not, give relationship to entryman. Answer. Yes Question 4. Are you married or single? Answer. Married Question 5. If married, of whom does your family consisit? Answer. My wife Question 6. If a married woman, state whether your husband now has an unperfected homestead entry, and during what time he has resided on this land with you. Also state his citizenship qualifications. (See Note 1 at bottom of third page.) Answer. Question 7. When did you first establish actual residence upon this land? Answer. This was formerly my D L E and I have lived on it since 1910 Question 8. When was your house built on this land? Answer. Fall of 1910 Question 9. Have either you or your family ever been absent from the homestead since establishing residence? Answer. My wife has not been Question 10. If there has been such absence, give the dates covered by each absence; and as to each absence state whether you, your family, or both, were thus absent and the reason for each such absence. Answer. My work keeps me away a great deal of the time, but my wife remains there always. Some times I am able to go home every week then again only every other week. c 6-1524
