How long have you known the claimant in this case and the N ½ and SW ¼, Section 17, Township 28 N, Range 30 W 6th P,. Meridian, the land embraced in Homestead Entry, No. 08458, made at the Valentine Nebr Land Office? ANSWER. I have known the claimant for six years and have known the land for 12 years QUESTION 4. Is entryman married? ANSWER. He is a married man QUESTION 5. Is said tract within the limits of an incorporated town, or used in any way for trade or business? ANSWER. There is no townsite or place of business on the land QUESTION 6. When did entryman settle upon the homestead? ANSWER. He first settled on this land in March 1914 QUESTION 7.
