The B Reactor, one of several decommissioned nuclear reactors in the area. Public access to the B Reactor is only permitted though guided tours facilitated by the Department of Energy. Tours offer more information about the people, events, science, and engineering that led to the creation and deployment of the world’s first atomic weapons.
