Mogan Cultural Center public entrance, Lowell MA, 2015

This is the Mogan Cultural Center primary entrance. Though it is ADA accessible entrance and meets the current standards for AABS accessibility, it is difficult for individual with limited mobility to use. The park needs to install an automatic door opener at the entrance to expand to a broader range of individuals within the disabled community access.
