This plan is intended to satisfy the reqirement of ANILCA (Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act) that detailed boundaries and a river management plan for the Alagnak Wild River. The plan is intended to further define and implement the GMP (General Management Plan) strategy for a specific area of Katmai National Park and Preserve, i.e., the Alagnak Wild River.
