Congress Hall 7thJune1794 Saturday Forenoon - My dear Lucia. there was not time to inclose[sic] this in todays Mail, but after it is writ-ten it will be ready for the next – This is probably the last I shall write you from this place till I shall have the pleasure of seeing you & the rest of my sweet Family at Portland, as Congress will rise next Monday. When I get to Boston I shall count over my Money, if any there is left, & lay out as much as I can spare for the Accommodation of all my Children agreably theirs & their Mamas request – Tho I cannot but hope that she may be there herself as she can dispose of it much more advantageously than I can – but if I have not that Plea-sure I shall do as well as I can myself. It is a great while since I left you & I long for a Kiss from each of my dear Children. adieu my dear Lucia. your affectionate Papa PWadsworth
