Inlow being duly sworn, says that he is the Foreman of THE REVEILLE, a newspaper printed and published weekly at Hill City, Kansas, and of general circulation in said county, and that the notice, of which the annexed is a true copy, was duly published in said newspaper for a period of six successive weeks, to wit:
