2020 Grizzly Peak rock fall
A small dust cloud rises from the base of a steep cliff.
A rock fall from Grizzly Peak. Several boulders, bounced and slided down ledges on the northwest side of the peak and into the joint-controlled gully on the north side of the peak (this gully is sometimes referred to as "LeConte Gully", not to be confused with the LeConte Gully at Glacier Point). The boulders broke up as they tumbled, generating a small dust cloud. No debris made it out of this gully or the base of the cliff.
