A dust cloud at the base of El Capitan produced by the impact of a free falling rock mass impacting the ground.
A rock fall from the southeast face of El Capitan. A large block slid out from under a roof and fell 420 meters without touching the wall, free-falling for just over 9 seconds before hitting the talus at the base of the cliff.
