2014 Staircase Falls rock fall
Person standing by a fresh boulder in the Curry Village Residential Area.
A rock fall occurred from Glacier Point in the early morning. Several fragments of fresh flyrock came to rest in the Curry Village Residential Area (CVRA), mainly near the "Plants" buildings complex and the parking area on the south side of CVRA. Several fresh boulders were found in western portion of Curry Village.
