I have sent the Following Parcels pr the Erie Canal Transportation Co for your order and have taken Recpts for the Same to be delivered to you in good order – 9mo 20th 546 30/60 Bus Wheat and 9 Bbls Flour also 10mo 4th 513.44 & 21 Bbls Flour & on 20th 542 Bus Wheat -- the flour was the remaining Parcel of the Wheat I had in the parcel belong to you. I have not had any wheat ground for you since you wished me not to have any more ground on your a/c the Flour that you mention was in Card & Co hands was mine and was sent E.G. Faile N. York to sell on my a/c I have 1000 Bus Wheat in Store which I got for you @6/6 Bus and I intended to have sent it before the Canal froze up but the Boatman that is the Erie Co Disappointed me after making several promises to take it before the canal Frozed up If you do not want it I will keep it myself or make some other market for it you will please give me an answer p Return Mail Your friend R.P.
