Rocky Mountain National Park, Sharen Rieffer
Forest of fire damaged tree trunks contrasted with dry yellow-brown grasses. Slivers of light-blue sky and mountains come through the trees.
This picture was when along the Tonahuta Spur Trail by the Kawuneeche Visitor Center located on the west side of the park.  The wildfires in 2020 destroyed a large area of the park.  The fire was within yards of the visitor center, but the building was saved.  You can see some mountains through the tree trunks.
