4 WHEELED WOOD AND METAL WHEELCHAIR. SEAT, BACK, ARM REST, LEG AND FOOTPLATES ARE WOOD BOLTED OR SCREWED ONTO A METAL FRAME. BACK IS OF 5 WOOD CROSSPIECES FITTED INTO WOOD SIDES. SEAT IS 4 WOOD PLANKS BOLTED ONTO FRAME. LARGE METAL SPOKED WHEELS WITH RUBBER TIRES AND RUBBER COVERED PUSH RIM ARE AT THE FRONT AND SMALLER SPOKED WHEELS ON SWIVEL CASTERS ARE AT REAR. RIGHT REAR ONE IS BROKEN WITH ALL SPOKES MISSING. WD-2 IS STAMPED ON BACK. SOME ORIGINAL PARTS IN STORAGE IN B19 S4. RIM IS TO LEFT WHEEL.
