On the left, the adult stands in a relaxed position with its feathers down at its side and its head lowered to tear apart the prey. Slightly behind the mature eagle and to the right are two of the eaglets which share a bright red-orange piece of the fish between their beaks.
Yum! These eaglets' parents just brought home a big fish meal for the whole family to chow down on. The parent uses its razor sharp beak to tear off meat from the fish to feed kids. Two eaglets out of the triplets are learning how to share.
