Suspended walkways run down each side of the bridge, with two spanning the width. Most of the trusses have been painted, but some red primer still shows.
On March 3, a paint-stained worker steps on the metal fencing below the bridge, wrapped in a white tarp. Open cans of white paint and red primer sit in the foreground.
